All SEATOPIA products are flash-frozen at the source and shipped in compostable, insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure they remain at optimal temperature during transit.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

What should I do if my order arrives thawed?

If your seafood arrives warm or completely thawed, please contact our support team immediately at support@seatopia.com with photos of the product for a full replacement or refund.

Are your products safe for raw consumption?

Many of our products, such as our King Salmon and Bluefin Tuna, are sushi-grade and safe for raw consumption. Please check the specific product description for individual handling instructions.

How long can I store the seafood in my freezer?

For the best flavor and texture, we recommend consuming your seafood within 3 to 6 months of delivery, provided it remains vacuum-sealed and frozen.
