Due to the perishable nature of our premium seafood, SEATOPIA cannot accept physical returns once a delivery has been completed. However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction and will provide a replacement or credit for any order that arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards.

Document Issues
If you notice any damage to the packaging or quality concerns with the product, take clear photos of the items and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
